Phase 1
Design, Plans and Permits Procurement

 

Following a meeting to understand your needs, discuss the project scope, and a property visit to assess its context, we’ll provide you with a floor plan proposal with dimensions, areas, and a 3D design. After design revisions and budget approval, we finalize the construction plans & budget, program the schedule, and start the permit procurement process.

For the Permit Procurement, we will only need a POA from you, specifically authorizing us to handle all the procedures and paperwork required for obtaining the construction permits, ensuring that the process is as smooth and effective as possible for you: goodbye to stress, hello to your approved permit. If you prefer to handle it directly, it may be a longer and more cumbersome process for you, but you will still receive all our assistance and guidance where possible, starting with a comprehensive list of the specific requirements for your project.

The duration varies from one project to another, depending on the characteristics of each, but as an average reference we can say that a 375m² (4036ft²) project, with features of our standard architectural typology, takes approximately 4 months in this stage of design, plans, and permits

Phase 2
Construction

Upon completing the processes that constitute Phase 1, once the construction permits have been approved by the relevant authorities, we proceed to "break ground", giving continuity to the project's schedule.

At this stage, we will continue taking care of all aspects involved in the construction of your project, closely overseeing everything from the procurement of the specified materials to the precise placement of each one during the correct execution of every construction task, ensuring the quality you expect at every step.

The duration varies from one project to another, depending on the characteristics of each, but as an average reference we can say that a 375 m² (4036ft²) project, with features of our standard architectural typology, takes approximately 8 to 12 months in this construction stage.
