Villa Tesoro Arca represents a particularly special and challenging project for our team. Unlike most of our work, the architectural design was fully conceived by the client, making this a truly unique collaboration. It was a true privilege to be selected among several firms and to take on the responsibility of bringing his vision to life with precision and respect for every detail.

Our client, with a highly technical and meticulous profile, approached the design with an uncommon level of rigor. This demand elevated the standard of the entire project, challenging us to execute every component with millimetric accuracy and seamless coordination.

While the architectural language follows more conservative lines, the technical complexity of the residence is exceptional. This is a fully smart home, equipped with advanced automation systems integrating lighting, audio, security, surveillance, climate control, and pool operation, among others. Each system required careful development to ensure smooth, reliable, and fully integrated performance.

One of the most remarkable features is its solar energy system, meticulously designed by the client. Rather than being placed on the roof, the panels were installed on a dedicated ground-mounted structure, forming what can be described as a true solar park. This approach optimizes maintenance, preserves the integrity of the roof, and reflects a highly advanced and forward-thinking technical strategy.

Located in the mountains of Costa Rica’s southern Pacific region, the property enjoys privileged views of the ocean and the Térraba River mouth, integrating landscape, technology, and architecture into a cohesive and refined living experience.
